CalmHaus Returns Policy

At CalmHaus, every piece of clothing is designed to provide comfort, confidence and sensory-friendly support. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • Be free from marks, makeup, pet hair, odours or damage.
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we’d be happy to help with an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Please contact us before returning your item so we can reserve your replacement where possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We’ll make things right as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:

  • The item is faulty.
  • The incorrect item was sent.
  • The item was damaged in transit.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as CalmHaus cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Hygiene & Quality

To ensure every customer receives a fresh, clean product, we cannot accept returns on clothing that has been worn, washed or altered beyond what is necessary to assess the fit and feel of the garment.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at hello@calmhausuk.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Your name.
  • The item(s) you’d like to return.
  • The reason for your return. 

We’ll provide you with the return instructions and support you through the process.
